Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Geo Arbitrage AI is a research and sourcing intelligence tool that helps users identify cross-border price differences ("geographic arbitrage") for consumer products, using automated web search, large language model analysis, and deterministic landed-cost calculations (VAT normalization, currency conversion, shipping, and payment-processing estimates).

The Service surfaces third-party storefronts and pricing information gathered from the public internet. We do not sell products directly, act as a payment processor for any purchase you make from a third-party storefront, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any listing surfaced by the Service.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at youssefmahmoud7@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Service is offered under subscription tiers (currently Scout, Alpha Pro, and Enterprise) described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; taxes may be added at checkout.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.
• Usage limits (such as monthly scan quotas) are described on the Pricing page and enforced per billing cycle.
• See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and refund eligibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell API access, or scrape the Service itself at scale.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party storefront it surfaces.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

Geo Arbitrage AI provides informational research tooling only. Landed-cost estimates, margin calculations, and arbitrage classifications are generated using automated methods and third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, customs, tax, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any identified opportunity will result in a successful purchase, resale, or profit. You are solely responsible for verifying pricing, availability, import duties, and the legality of any purchase before completing a transaction with a third party.

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying methodology, is owned by GEOARBITRAGE LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use. You retain ownership of the queries and messages you submit.

The Service integrates third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Supabase), and AI/search providers used to generate results. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party storefronts referenced in search results.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOARBITRAGE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY STOREFRONT IT SURFACES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
